Visions and Missions

Under the article 3 of the Articles of Association, the company is the authority to procure any affairs related to construction, installation, management and administration of the reserves in export and import depots and piers inside and outside the country. The affair is aimed to store and export or import any sort of chemical, petrochemical and other products of petrochemical complexes and other legal or real persons inside or outside the country. The company is also the authority to carry out all industrial, commercial, technical, engineering and warehouse activities related to the discussed operations as well as any other operations relevant to exports, imports and clearance of commodities.

The company is also the authority to run the Pars exports port and the Mahshahr exports port and to carry out any port and marine affairs including the necessary planning regarding admittance, anchorage and affreightment affairs of ships in the piers, deliverance of export products to the purchasing ships, maintenance and expansion of port infrastructures, as well as supply of necessary equipments for pier operations and the premises.
